| I don't think I even know how to use this thing anymore. Well, since it has been years since I've really been on Xanga, how are you all!? Some I see on Facebook, so I don't feel like I am missing out. I don't even remember how to blog anymore. I feel like once I left the daily changes of toddlers, it was hard to write about anything... We got up... we had lunch.. we took a nap... we ate dinner... we went to bed. I saved you all from the boring day to day my life had become. Now I am full of volunteering at the school, homework, cleaning, homework, laundry, homework, twins club, and did I mention homework? Drew has so much homework this year. I have lots of issues with getting him the services he needs at school. That is just a battle in itself. What has 2011 brought? I was published in my first book, Forever Linked: A Mother's Journey Through Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. A friend, Erin Bruch, collected the stories of 22 mothers, including her own, and compiled a book. Very exciting!! I turned 32 this year and well, I don't feel any different. I am still in love with husband, more and more every day, and that hardly seems possible. We have three of the brightest, funniest, most well behaved, and HANDSOME sons anyone could ask for! We moved to Kentucky about 6 months ago and that has definitely been something to adjust too. We bought a new house but still have our house in Ohio to decide what to do with. We plan on taking our first real family vacation this fall! Just the five of us! Cannot wait for NO interruptions! No internet, no cell phones... there will be tv, the kids would be devastated, but only in the evening before bed. ;) I hope everyone is doing well. If you are up for it, leave me an update on you. I can't promise I will keep up with this, but I can try, again. :) ~Rebecca | | |
| Happy New Year!!
I know some were ahead of me and some behind... I hope you all had a great night!
Michael and I had a great time as usual. He's so wonderful! Life has just been, well, awesome. I don't have anything to blog about though. I actually don't enjoy blogging as much as I enjoy reading all of yours. I wish I had the words liek everyone seems too.
Oh, I just finished Twilight yesterday. It took just a few hours to read it. It was quite boring for all the hype I heard about it. I am going to read the next one and see if it is any better though. Anyone else read it?
I hope you have a great day with your families!

| It has been crazy here!!
With three kids in school, I am beyond busy!! Then my back/neck/shoulder got hurt, so I have added the chiropractor. You should see my calendar!! It's crazy! I have Drew's schedule, he goes all day on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday. Then Sam and EJ (his new nickname that he LOOOOVES) go to school on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 to 3:15. I go to the chiropractor on Monday and Thursday at 11:45 and on Tuesday at 2:30. Michael has his men's Bible study on Monday nights, so he doesn't come home from work and gets home about 9:30/10. I am supposed to go to my Bible study Saturday, but it turns out that I don't have time to actually read the book during the week to make it to the study. Wednesday nights, I teach Awana at church, so I leave the house at 6:15 with all the kids and I get home about 9:30. Then Thursdays... well the first Thursday of the month is my twin club board meeting and then the second Thursday is the general meeting. Sundays, I teach Sunday school every other month, so I actually have October off.
And since it is October, we have Halloween parties, Hayrides, and trick or treat. Next weekend I will be gone all weekend making Christmas cards with my Stampin Up ladies. I loooove having all this fun stuff to do but man do I get tired. My friends make fun of me because I say I am exhausted and they say, "Oh, so you're too tired for us, oh fiiiine." Buttheads.
So if you haven't heard much from me it is because I passed out long ago or I'm not home. I miss hearing from all of you and seeing your kiddos. I try to check the computer every day, but I typically only have a few minutes. Then I go and do silly things like make their costumes and bake cookies. hahaha
I hope you are all doing well. I should be back online in about 3 years. hehe Once the twins go to all day school, I should be good.
